Meet the Editors
Meet the Founder

Allison Lee is a rising high school senior serving as the editor-in-chief for Blossomer Youth magazine. She has published her own poetry book titled "Warped & Wilted," and has also published her poetry in various literary magazines such as the WEIGHT Journal, the Alcott youth magazine, and the SD Poetry Annual among others. Her work has also been recognized by the Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. As a passionate environmentalist, Allison has found solace in using her words to express her climate anxieties and advocate for change. She hopes that she can encourage youth around the world to do the same.

Jess is 17 year old from England with a love for all things outdoorsy. She spends her time volunteering, surfing, climbing and hiking. She hopes to pursue a career where she can make an impact in helping to protect the natural world.

Lyla Virji is a 15 year old girl from Long Island. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, running, writing, watching television, and volunteering.

Xavier Holland is a 15-year-old trans guy based in Cardiff, Wales with a love for journalism and animals. He plays the bass guitar, listens to indie pop/rock and thinks Saltburn is a cinematic masterpiece.

Evelyn is a hardworking and passionate person, she’s dedicated in working for a better future. She’s actively involved in the environmental community. She’s organised events in her community whether it’s clean ups or growing agriculture she’s always around to help in what she believes in, her dedication has encouraged family and friends around her to help in creating a greener world for all.

Jovina is a poet, writer, artist, singer, photographer and avid environmentalist whose poetry is published at The Dungeness Press and Moonstone Arts Center New Voices Anthology, forthcoming in the The Howl and SeaGlass Literary.

Aubrey Lewis is an editor, beta reader, and writer who’s passionate about the natural world. She holds an editing certificate from ACES: The Society for Editing and has worked on multiple creative freelance projects. When she’s not editing, Aubrey can be found composing poetry or spending time outdoors.

Chloe Denning is a creative writer from Washington state. She has an undergraduate degree in English with the intention of becoming a high school English teacher. When she is not writing or spending time with her cats, she enjoys hiking, swimming, and lifting.
